We undertake a varied portfolio of works and work closely with both the tenant and surveyors alike to ensure a smooth, high quality finish to each and every assignment.

We adhere to the NHF Schedule Of Rates Version 5.1 therefore giving value for money and consistent, accurate estimating.

Contrast Limited, once given an order, will liaise with the tenant and build a specification upon survey and see the job through to the end, comprising of signing a completion certificate to ensure the tenant is happy before we leave and close the job.

We undertake jobs which vary from aids and adaptations which encompasses hoists, stairlifts, wet rooms, kitchen replacements, handrails and grab bars. Other works we carry out include general kitchen replacements, bathrooms, plastering, carpentry, decorating, tiling and polysafe flooring.

We also carry out works from the major works list such as mortgage rescue, and recently successfully completed a pilot scheme of five loft conversions and an extension to the East Thames stock.

estuary Contrast Limited has been sub-contracting to Estuary Housing for 5 years, starting out life as a dedicated timber window supplier on the cyclical window program.

After liaising with the surveyors and our technical staff, Estuary Housing and Contrast Limited expanded the portfolio of work.

We currently supply and fit composite front entrance doors, patio doors and rear doors to the Estuary stock along side kitchen renewals, insurance works and wet rooms.
